Upcoming Crane and Building Delivery of TPSS 11 - Monday November 25 – Thursday November 28, 2019
What Work is Taking Place
The Traction Power Substation 11 (TPSS 11) building will be delivered to Scarborough Nissan on Monday November 25, 2019. The TPSS 11 will be delivered in three oversized loads. Vehicles carrying the loads will travel southbound on Warden Avenue and continue eastbound on Civic Road.
Traffic will be temporarily stopped south of Civic Road in both directions to accommodate the delivery. Read more »

WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will work extended hours at the Traction Power Substation 11, located on the southeast side of Eglinton Avenue East and Warden Avenue. As early as Wednesday, October 23, 2019 work will take place between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Due to bad weather, overnight work at Warden will continue until Friday, November 8. UPDATE: CHANGE OF DATES Weekend Paving and Guideway Work at Warden Avenue
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
As part of the ongoing pavement reconstruction works at intersections along Eglinton Avenue East in support of construction of the future surface stops, crews will be conducting pavement reconstruction works at the Warden Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East intersection. Work began in November 2018 and will continue on Friday August 2 and Saturday August 3, with intersection traffic restriction on the north side of Warden Avenue.

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the ongoing pavement reconstruction works at intersections along Eglinton Avenue East in support of construction of the future surface stops, crews will be conducting pavement reconstruction works at Warden intersection at Eglinton Avenue East. As early as July 29, 2019 the construction zone will shift to the center of Eglinton Avenue East at Warden Avenue and be in place for approximately six (6) weeks. There will be no through north-south traffic on Warden and left turn restrictions at the intersection. Read more »

What Work Is Taking Place?
Work on the southeast corner of Warden Ave and Eglinton Ave E will start as early as July 8th, 2019 to support the upcoming construction of Traction Power Substation (TPSS) 11 that will power the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT) line.
This work will be ongoing until the end of July 2019.
Crews will continue excavating, installing, and pouring concrete for duct banks at the south east corner of the Warden intersection. Read more »
