What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Monday, February 6, 2023, crews at Mount Dennis Station will begin installing an ornamental fence on the elevated guideway. Rolling lane closures on Black Creek Drive will be required to safely carry out this work. All turning movements at the Black Creek Drive and Eglinton intersection will be maintained. This work is expected to take approximately three (3) weeks.

 

What to Expect

Expect delays while travelling through the area. Noise from construction activities can be expected. Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place.

 

HOURS OF WORK

  • As early as Monday, February 6, 2023, for approximately three (3) weeks.
  • Lane closures are expected to take place between approximately 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • This work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Work may be longer or shorter than expected.

 

TRAFFIC DETAILS

  • Rolling lane closures on Black Creek Drive will be required to safely carry out this work.
  • All turning movements at the Black Creek Drive and Eglinton intersection will be maintained.

 

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work.

 

TRANSIT INFORMATION

  • Access to TTC will be maintained at all times.
