What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Monday September 14, 2020, crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform a concrete pour within the work zone of the north side of Eglinton Avenue East, west of Mount Pleasant Road. The concrete will form one of the permanent station structures underground. To ensure the integrity and continuity of the pour, work will begin as early as 7:00 a.m. and take approximately five (5) hours to complete. Read more »

As early as Tuesday September 8, 2020, crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform a concrete pour within the work zone of the north side of Eglinton Avenue East, west of Mount Pleasant Road. The concrete will form one of the permanent station structures underground. To ensure the integrity and continuity of the pour, work will begin as early as 5:00 a.m. and take approximately eighteen (18) hours to complete. Read more »
Jersey Barrier Installation at Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East - Thursday September 3, 2020
What Work is Taking Place?
On Thursday September 3, 2020 crews at Mount Pleasant Station will install jersey barriers along the south sidewalk of Eglinton Avenue East, between Mount Pleasant Road and Brownlow Avenue. Using a forklift, crews will place the jersey barriers along the curb of the sidewalk, to delineate pedestrians from traffic and constriction. Read more »

The concrete will form one of the permanent station structures underground. As early as Wednesday August 12, 2020, crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform concrete pours within the main and secondary entrances on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East. The concrete will form one of the permanent station structures underground. Work will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. and is expected to take six (6) hours to complete.
