Mount Pleasant Station Overnight Pile Removals: Stage 1 - March 15, 2021
As early as Monday, March 15, 2021, crews at Mount Pleasant Station will work overnight to cut steel supports (piles) from the station roof. Work will take place on the north side of Eglinton Avenue, east and west of Mt Pleasant Road. Once the piles are cut, the sidewalks on the north side of Eglinton Avenue will be backfilled and paved. Upcoming Concrete Pour at Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East - Jan 30, 2021
As early as Saturday January 30, 2021 crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform a major concrete pour within the work zones on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East, east of Mount Pleasant Road. The concrete will form one of the permanent station structures underground. To ensure the integrity and continuity of the pour, work will begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and take approximately 12 hours to complete.

Road Restoration Works at Mt Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East - December 16, 2020
What Work Is Taking Place?
As early as Wednesday December 16, 2020 crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform road restoration works along Eglinton Avenue East and Mt Pleasant Road. As part of this work, crews will fill potholes and smooth out bumps at the intersection and along the roadway. Read more »
Utility Reinstatement Works at Eglinton Avenue East and Mount Pleasant Road - December 5, 2020
What Work is Taking Place?
On Saturday December 5, 2020, crews at Mount Pleasant Station will perform utility reinstatement works on Eglinton Avenue, east of Mt Pleasant Road. To facilitate this work, crews will be required to temporarily close the eastbound lane on Eglinton Avenue between Mt Pleasant and Taunton Roads. Traffic on Eglinton Avenue will be reduced to one lane only, alternating traffic in each direction, while this work takes place. Read more »
