Tree Removal on Eglinton Avenue East at the West Don River Bridge
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
In support of the continued construction of the Crosstown LRT tracks and guideway (dedicated transit lane) in the centre of Eglinton Avenue East, tree removal is required for four (4) trees in close proximity to the construction zone at the West Don River Bridge. Read more »
Guideway Construction on Eglinton Avenue East at Leslie Street
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
Lanes will be realigned to accommodate guideway construction on Eglinton Avenue East at Leslie St. Traffic is expected to change to the configuration depicted below as early as August 28, 2019 and will remain in place until mid-November, 2019. For this stage, two eastbound-to-northbound lanes will be restored and westbound traffic moved to the north of Eglinton Avenue East. Read more »
TRAFFIC CHANGE ON EGLINTON AVENUE EAST BETWEEN BRENTCLIFFE ROAD AND THE WEST DON RIVER BRIDGE
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
A change in traffic alignment is expected to occur on Eglinton Avenue East between Brentcliffe Road and the West Don River Bridge as early as August 15, 2019. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be shifted to the north side of Eglinton Avenue East to accommodate the continued construction of the Brentcliffe Portal and the rehabilitation of the West Don River Bridge.
