As early as Monday, September 20, 2021, lanes will be reduced on Eglinton Avenue East at Laird Station to accommodate ongoing permanent wet utility work. A work zone will be in place on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East, East of Laird Drive.
What to Expect
Traffic on Eglinton Avenue East will be shifted to the left lane. This configuration will remain in place for approximately three (3) weeks. Delays can be expected while the change is being implemented.
Hours of Work
• The new traffic configuration will be implemented as early as Monday, September 20, 2021 at 7:00 am.
• The new configuration will remain in place for approximately 3 weeks.
• Work may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• This work may be longer or shorter than expected.
Traffic Details
• A work zone will be in place on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East, East of Laird Drive.
• All other traffic configurations remain in place.
- Access to private driveways to be maintained by flaggers.
Pedestrians Details
• No pedestrian impacts are associated with this work.
Transit Information
• All TTC bus stops will remain in their current locations.
