As part of continued support for the future Kennedy Station portal construction, crews will be delivering and pouring cement along Eglinton Avenue East between Ionview Road and Kennedy Road on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 4:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. To facilitate this delivery, concrete trucks will be arriving to the site from the east and west Eglinton Avenue East.

Revised: Massey Creek Culvert Work Begins

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the ongoing works to build the LRT system along Eglinton Avenue East, crews will be replacing the existing culvert at Massey Creek. Work began as early as late February 2019 and will last for approximately nine (9) months. The creek is located at the signalized intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Rosemount Drive. Read more »
Updated: Hydro Utility Relocation between Birchmount Road to Kennedy Road
What Work is Taking Place?
In support of construction of the future Crosstown Light Rail Transit, crews will continue relocation and upgrading of existing overhead and underground utilities between Birchmount Road and Kennedy Road. Work began in June of 2017 and will continue for another six (6) months. Read more »

As part of continued support for the future Kennedy Station portal construction, crews will be delivering and pouring cement along Eglinton Avenue East between Ionview Road and Kennedy Road on Friday, December 14, 2018 from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. To facilitate this delivery, concrete trucks will be arriving to the site west of Ionview Road. Sidewalk Closure at Rosemount Drive and Eglinton Avenue East to Support Subsurface Utility Investigation Work
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be conducting subsurface utility investigation along Eglinton Avenue East between Birchmount Road and Rosemount Drive.
Work began as early as November 26th. There will be sidewalk closure on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East near 2306 Eglinton Avenue East in order to safely carry out the work. Read more »
Investigation of Underground Utilities between Birchmount Road and Rosemount Drive
What Work is Taking Place?
In support of construction of the future At-Grade stops, crews will be conducting subsurface utility engineering (SUE) investigation work along Eglinton Avenue East between Birchmount Road and Rosemount Drive.
Crews will drill bore holes and use a hydro-vacuum truck within the City’s right-of-way and roadway to determine the location and depth of existing underground utilities for design purposes. Read more »

As part of continued support for the future Kennedy Station portal construction, crews will be delivering and pouring cement along Eglinton Avenue East between Ionview Road and Kennedy Road as early as Friday, December 7, 2018 from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. To facilitate this delivery, concrete trucks will be arriving to the site west of Ionview Road.
Wet Utility Upgrades along Surface Section of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT: Birchmount Road to Rosemount Drive
What Work is Taking Place?
In support of construction of the future At Grade stops, crews will be conducting wet utilities relocation work along Eglinton Avenue East between Birchmount Road and Rosemount Drive. Starting as early as December 3, 2018 and lasting approximately four (4) months, crews will install new pipes, and replace manholes and catch basins. The work will be conducted in stages.
