On September 24, 2020, crews will perform a late-night concrete pour on Eglinton Avenue East, West of Birchmount Road. Birchmount Stop Permanent Left Turn Removal - September 15, 2020
What Work isTaking Place?
To accommodate the continued construction of Birchmount Stop and as part of the final intersection configuration, the eastbound left turn movement at Eglinton Avenue East and Birchmount Road will be permanently removed as early as September 15, 2020.
The westbound left turn movement was removed permanently late 2019.

Closure on Rosemount Drive North of Eglinton Avenue East - Extended to late October 2020
As part of the ongoing works to replace the existing culvert at Massey Creek, the current traffic configuration at Rosemount Drive and Eglinton Avenue East will be extended to late October 2020. Rosemount Drive will remain closed north of Eglinton Avenue East and north-south through-traffic will be prohibited for the duration of the work. Read more »
North and South Platform Shelter Installation at Birchmount Stop - August 24, 2020
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will install permanent shelters at the Birchmount Stop north and south platform. North platform installation will begin as early as August 24, 2020 for three days and the south platform will begin on August 27, 2020 for three days.

What Work is Taking Place
As part of the ongoing construction for the future surface alignment of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews are performing boulevard restoration works on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East between Rosemount Drive and Ionview Road.

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the ongoing construction for the future surface alignment of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be performing boulevard restoration works on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East between Rosemount Drive and Ionview Road. Partial or full driveway closures may be required to perform grading works to align driveways with the new road surface on Eglinton Avenue East.
Driveways may be restricted partially or fully beginning May 6, 2020 for up to three (3) weeks.
