WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
Throughout 2019, Eglinton Crosstown LRT construction will require temporary changes to intersection operations from Credit Union to Ionview for road paving and guideway construction. This work is required for the construction of the Crosstown LRT tracks and guideway (dedicated transit lane) in the centre of Eglinton Avenue East. Read more »

New Traffic Configuration: Swift and Credit Union Drive at Eglinton Avenue East
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
Road widening and paving activities at the Credit Union and Swift Drive intersection at Eglinton Avenue East are expected to be completed as early as April 8, 2019. At this time, a new traffic configuration will be implemented at the intersection (depicted below). This stage will be in place until May, 2019.

Overnight Utilities Relocations at Eglinton Avenue East and Swift Drive
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
Roadway widening and surface reconstruction is underway at the Eglinton Avenue East and Swift Drive intersection. Access to Eglinton Avenue East via Swift Drive will remain closed until mid-April 2019. As part of these activities, crews will be relocating underground telecommunication lines, requiring an expanded work zone (depicted below). Work will begin as early as Friday March 15, 2019. New Traffic Configuration: Eglinton Avenue East at Jonesville Crescent
WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?
As utility installations progress along Eglinton Avenue East between Bermondsey Road and Victoria Park Avenue, four (4) new traffic stages will be implemented at Jonesville Crescent to accommodate the work zones (depicted below). Traffic will shift to the first stage as early as Monday, March 4th, 2019. Each stage will last approximately one (1) week. Read more »
