Utility Works at Eglinton Avenue East and Donlea Drive

As early as Wednesday, September 15, 2021, crews will perform utility works at Eglinton Avenue East and Donlea Drive. To safely perform this work, Eglinton Avenue East will be reduced to one westbound lane between Donlea Drive and the crosswalk to the east. This work is expected to take place between 7:00 a.m. 

What to Expect

Expect delays while travelling through the intersection. Noise from construction activities can be expected. Traffic control personnel will be present while this work takes place. 

Hours of Work

• As early as Wednesday, September 15, 2021
• Work is expected to take place between 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• This work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. 

Traffic Details

• Eglinton Avenue East will be reduced to one westbound lane between Donlea Drive and the crosswalk to the east, while this work takes place. 

Pedestrians Details

• No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work.
