Laneway Closure at Chaplin Station Friday, October 28 – Friday, November 4, 2022
What Work Is Taking Place?
The laneway located between Chaplin Crescent and Russell Hill Road, south of Eglinton Avenue, will be closed periodically between Friday, October 28 – Friday, November 4, 2022, to accommodate waterproofing works on the roof of the Tertiary Entrance. The closures will take place Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Once the work is completed, the laneway will reopen.
Short-term Laneway Closure at Chaplin Station - Thursday, October 27, 2022
What Work Is Taking Place?
The laneway located between Chaplin Crescent and Russell Hill Road, south of Eglinton Avenue, will be closed on Thursday, October 27, 2022, to accommodate electrical works. The closure will start at 7:00 a.m. and will be In place for approximately four (4) hours. Once the work Is completed, the laneway will reopen.

Demolition of 6 Gilgorm Road at Chaplin Station - Late October 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
In late October 2022, crews will begin to demolish the building at 6 Gilgorm Road located north of the Chaplin Station Main Entrance. The demolition works will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.

Traffic Configuration Change at Chaplin Station - As early as September 13, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, September 13, 2022, a new traffic configuration will be implemented at Chaplin Station. West of Chaplin Crescent, traffic on Eglinton Avenue will be shifted to the outer lanes. The southbound right turn from Chaplin Crescent to Eglinton Avenue will be restricted for TTC buses and large trucks. This traffic configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) weeks. What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Friday, August 26, 2022, a new pedestrian route will be implemented on the north side of Eglinton Avenue between Gilgorm Road and Latimer Avenue to accommodate sidewalk construction. Pedestrians will be rerouted south around the work zone (refer to map). This configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) weeks.
