Sidewalk Closure for Massey Creek Culvert Work
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the ongoing works to build the LRT system along Eglinton Avenue East, crews will be replacing the existing culvert at Massey Creek. Work began as early as late February 2019 and will last for approximately nine (9) months. The creek is located at the signalized intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Rosemount Drive. Updated: Guideway Work along Surface Section of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT: Warden Avenue to Birchmount Road
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be continuing guideway work in the center of Eglinton Avenue East between Warden Avenue and Birchmount Road. Starting as early as March 16, 2019 for approximately eight (8) months.
The work includes cutting and removal of existing asphalt, excavation, installation of subgrade materials, duct banks installation and track drainage, track slab and stops. Lire la suite »

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be conducting civil road work in relation to road widening works on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East between Thermos Road and Birchmount Road.

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be conducting subsurface utility investigation along Eglinton Avenue East between Birchmount Road and Rosemount Drive. Work began in November 2018 and will be extended until the end of March 2019. There will be sidewalk closure on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East in close proximity to 2306 Eglinton Avenue East in order to safely carry out the work. Lire la suite »

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of construction of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will continue to relocate and upgrade existing overhead and underground telecommunication between Victoria Park Avenue and Birchmount Road.
Telecom work has been extended until the Spring 2019.
